CAREER DAY!!
(Her Kindergarten career choice is to be a Gym Teacher due to her love of Mrs. O'Leary at school.)
This week concluded the first week of Mia being able to earn money on her own. We made her a checklist that included her daily chores (not paid) along with a list of paid chores that she has the choice to do *if* she has completed her daily chores. She earned $3.50 this week and is excited to be saving up for a Snow White ballerina Barbie.
Mia is starting to master the scooter and is very happy about it!
The weather in Texas has been pretty crazy - it seems like we have 2 days of cold temperatures (highs of 40) and then 5 days of highs in the 60s/70s. That definitely makes weathering the winter in 900 sq ft much easier and you can be assured that we are making the most of every minute of it! :D
She's doing so good on the scooter!!
